It's holiday season and we all know what that means "comfort food". I'm all for some good food but let's keep in mind that what we intake effects our body. I notice changes in my skin as well as in my hair when I eat healthy and drink lots of water. Drinking a sufficient amount of water allows your body to detox toxins and prevent dehydration. If your body is dehydrated, your hair will be dehydrated. Just think about it, everything in our body is connected. If our body isn't healthy, how can we expect our hair to be. Now I'm not saying go watch "What The Health" and become a vegan tomorrow, but I do think it's important to watch what we eat. So if your experiencing changes in your body and notice a difference in your hair remember "What goes in must come out".
