#12 Journal More


Well here’s a fun fact about me: I consistently write in a journal. Initially, I started journaling as a way to release how I was feeling. Kind of like a stress reliever; but as time went on I actually enjoyed witnessing the progress I made over time. There’s just something about writing things down that makes me feel at peace. I literally write about anything lol. Has journaling been beneficial for anyone else?
