When coming up with this idea I was in a place where I felt so uninspired. I literally would look at my surroundings and be like "what is going on and why does everything look the same?" Something has to change. It's like we have social media, blogs, and a bunch of other things that pretty much set the standard of how each industry is "supposed" to be. I felt like I was beginning to blend in. I don't ever want to be in a space where I feel trapped to the standards of how I'm "supposed" to be. That's not why I became an artist. I became an artist because I dance to the beat of my own drum.
You ever have those days where you just feel like: "what am I doing wrong?" Even though you think your'e doing everything you possibly could be doing. Yeah... me too. In a nutshell, I believe every person has their own journey and it's up to them to make it work. I tell you one thing "my journey is bigger than me".
So here it is... my hair journal. Don't get too excited; English was not my favorite subject in college. I promise to do my best though. Now let's dive in.
