Service Description
All color services require a consultation before making an appointment. Once you have booked your appointment the consultation fee may be used as credit towards your service.
Cancellation Policy
*ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE* For cancellations, please contact at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Same day cancellations will be charged the full service amount. Late Fee’s: Clients who arrive <15 minutes after scheduled appointment time will be charged a 20% service fee. *All pricing is subject to change depending on the length and density of your hair.* By booking an appointment with Elizabeth Rich (Liz Rich), I acknowledge that I have shared my complete hair history and understand that chemical services (including color, lightening, relaxing, or texturizing) may involve risks such as dryness, breakage, or unexpected results. I agree that Elizabeth Rich (Liz Rich) is not liable for hair or scalp damage resulting from chemical processing, and I understand that results may vary based on hair condition and history.
